Intermountain Healthcare invites applications for the role of
Registered Nurse Program Coordinator Neurosurgery at our
state-of-the-art facility. We are looking for a dedicated and
experienced nursing professional to join our dynamic neurosurgery
team. This role involves the coordination of patient care programs,
collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to improve treatment
protocols, and leadership in clinical settings. The successful
candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional
healthcare services and advancing our neurosurgical practices.
Develop and oversee patient care programs specific to neurosurgery.
Coordinate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare
professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Implement and monitor
treatment protocols and patient care standards. Provide clinical
guidance and mentorship to nursing staff. Assess program
performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of neurosurgery practices
and patient care Proficiency in managing healthcare programs
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Neuroscience
Nursing (CNRN) preferred
