Job Description:
Intermountain Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Registered Nurse to join our NICU team, providing

role involves working closely with neonatologists and other
healthcare professionals to deliver critical care to neonates who
require specialized attention. Provide direct care to neonates
adhering to established guidelines and protocols. Collaborate with
neonatologists and pediatricians to implement comprehensive care
plans. Monitor patient conditions continuously and adjust
treatments as necessary. Educate and support parents and families
on neonatal care and management. Maintain patient records and
documentation accurately and comprehensively. Participate in the
development and training of new staff. Proficiency in neonatal
resuscitation and stabilization Strong critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to operate
specialized NICU equipment Adept at stress management and
multitasking Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of Utah
Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC)
