Job Description:

Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to
join our dynamic team. This position involves diagnosing and
treating individuals who suffer from stammering, speech
impediments, and swallowing difficulties. The ideal candidate will
employ innovative practices and compassionate care to improve
patient outcomes and support their journey towards better
communication and oral health functionality. At UCHealth, you will
work in state-of-the-art facilities with a team committed to the
highest standards of healthcare. Assess and diagnose speech,
language, and swallowing disorders in patients of varying age
groups. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on
each patient's needs and medical conditions. Educate patients and
families on speech disorders and communication techniques.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to integrate speech therapy
with overall patient care. Maintain patient records, track
progress, and adjust treatments as necessary. Participate in
multidisciplinary meetings to contribute to overall care planning.
Strong diagnostic and evaluation skills in speech and language
pathology. Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and
technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Medical

Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of
Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the
American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
