As a key member of our obstetrics team, you will collaborate with top-tier healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care aligned with our mission of helping people live the healthiest lives possible. Assess, plan, and implement care strategies for pregnant women before, during, and after labor. Monitor fetal heart rate, and mother’s vital signs during labor and act swiftly in emergency situations. Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed. Educate and support mothers and families on neonatal care and postpartum recovery. Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other medical professionals. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Expertise in fetal monitoring and obstetric procedures Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and emotionally intense environment Proficiency with electronic healthcare records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred Certification in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing (RNC-OB) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is advantageous
