Our Physical Therapist Assistants are integral to our commitment to enhancing the physical abilities and quality of life of our residents. Assist physical therapists in providing treatments and procedures. Review patients’ medical history and any notes from the doctor or surgeon. Guide residents through exercise routines and use of mobility aids. Document patient’s progress and adapt treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and their families about health programs and maintenance. Ensure the therapy area is clean, organized, and equipped. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations. Knowledge of physiology, therapy modalities, and patient management. Ability to operate therapy equipment safely and efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff. Excellent organizational and observational skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice. CPR and First Aid certification.
