The professional we seek will have proven experience in sonography, a strong understanding of patient care, and the communication skills necessary to collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary health care team. Perform diagnostic medical sonography procedures accurately, adhering to department protocols Maintain and manage ultrasound equipment, reporting any malfunctions or inconsistencies Prepare patients mentally and physically before examinations, explaining procedures Record, analyze and document medical data accurately to assist healthcare professionals in diagnosis and treatment Ensure hygiene and sterilization criteria are met at all times Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and workflow within the department In-depth knowledge of medical sonography Competency in handling and maintaining sophisticated imaging equipment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt to new technologies and protocols Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Valid CPR certification
