Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily activities on the medical-surgical progressive care unit. Ensure compliance with all hospital and regulatory policies and maintain standards of nursing care. Assess patient needs and coordinate care plans together with a multidisciplinary team. Mentor and train new staff, providing feedback and performance reviews. Manage patient documentation and records with accuracy and privacy. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
