UCHealth is seeking a dedicated CT Technologist to join our renowned healthcare team in Colorado. As a crucial part of our diagnostic team, you will operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images that aid in the diagnosis and treatment of our patients. Your expertise will contribute to UCHealth’s mission of delivering patient-centered care through innovative technologies and a compassionate approach. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient safety, exceptional clinical skills, and a deep understanding of radiologic compliance and protocols. Operate computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce images of patients’ internal organs and tissues for the diagnosis of medical issues. Adjust and maintain imaging equipment, adhering to safety regulations and protocols to ensure patient and staff safety. Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, explaining the process and positioning patients to capture clear diagnostic images effectively. Analyze the results from imaging procedures to determine suitable follow up and additional treatments. Maintain accurate patient records, documenting all procedures, results, and treatment plans. Collaborate with radiologists and other health care team members to optimize care plans. Stay current with advancements in the field of CT technology and apply best practices to clinical duties. Proficiency with CT imaging and diagnostic equipment. Strong ability to explain procedures to patients clearly and compassionately. High attention to detail for accurate data entry and image analysis. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified and registered as a Radiologic Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). CT certification by ARRT is highly preferred.
