Job Description Endocrinologist - Englewood, NJ Job Description: A leading outpatient endocrinology practice is seeking a caring and motivated Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join their team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to focus exclusively on outpatient endocrinology while working alongside experienced endocrinologists and endocrine-trained providers. Position Highlights: 100% outpatient endocrinology (diabetes, thyroid, metabolism, osteoporosis) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PAs, CDEs, nutritionists, and phlebotomists In-office ultrasound and bone density equipment No hospital rounds or weekend shifts Personalized and negotiable scheduling options Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive endocrine care to a diverse patient population Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients on conditions and long-term management strategies Document all patient encounters using the EMR system Engage in ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the practice Qualifications: MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Endocrinology Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey Strong clinical knowledge and interest in outpatient endocrine care Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team-oriented with a compassionate, patient-centered approach Benefits Include: Paid Time Off Medical and Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) plan with company matching contributions Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account Professional Development Assistance Parental Leave Other Perks & Discounts
