Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients Coordinate with healthcare team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Comply with hospital and nursing standards in accordance with regulatory agency policies Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing infection control procedures Administer prescribed medications, apply dressings, and monitor vital signs Strong clinical skills in a healthcare environment Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
