Swedish Medical Center invites compassionate and detail-oriented
Registered Nursing professionals to join our dedicated Mom Baby
Unit. As a pivotal member of our healthcare team, you will be
working in a state-of-the-art facility renowned for its
patient-centered approach, focusing on delivering specialized
postpartum care to mothers and newborns. This role requires a high
level of proficiency in maternal and child health, ability to
manage patient care plans effectively, and a strong commitment to
providing exceptional patient and family education. Conduct
assessments of mother and baby post-delivery to ensure health and
wellness. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for side
effects. Educate mothers on newborn care, feeding, and postnatal
health. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop
personalized care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and
ensure confidentiality. Support family members with compassionate
communication and educational resources. In-depth knowledge of
nursing care methods and procedures Excellent ability to build
rapport with patients and team members Strong organizational and
multitasking skills Proficient in using medical software for
patient care management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
