Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our Observation Unit, focused on providing

patients, assessing their needs, and providing clinical guidance

conditions closely and react to any changes. Communicate
effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team
members. Implement doctors' orders and ensure ongoing patient
assessment. Administer medications strictly observing healthcare
protocols. Document all patient interactions and treatment measures
within our health record system. Participate in regular training
and professional development sessions. Strong clinical skills in a
hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure Proficient in using
medical software for patient records Competence in observing and
recording patient behavior Knowledge of medication administration
and patient care protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Colorado Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
