Job Description:

Colorado, is seeking a dedicated RN Acute Care to join our

services across our diverse care settings. The ideal candidate will
be instrumental in delivering high-quality care to patients in
acute care settings, working closely with a skilled team of
healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care in an acute care setting.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive
patient outcomes. Provide education and support to patients and
their families regarding treatment plans. Maintain patient health
records with accuracy and compliance with hospital protocols.
Monitor patient condition, report changes to healthcare team, and
take appropriate action. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed and monitor responses. Advocate for the needs of
patients while adhering to all ethical and privacy guidelines.
Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
in a fast-paced environment Proficient in the use of medical
software and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license to practice in the
state of Colorado BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required
upon hire ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred
