This position is designed for nurses who wish to advance their expertise in maternal and newborn care. This fellowship offers guided clinical development and tailored learning to ensure excellence in patient outcomes and nurse empowerment. Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate integrated, holistic care. Participate in educational workshops and hands-on training as part of the fellowship. Implement patient-centered care plans based on individual needs assessment. Maintain accurate patient records and monitor vital signs. Guide and support families through the postnatal period, offering education and resources. Strong clinical skills in maternal and newborn healthcare. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in using medical software and patient management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado. BLS certification required. NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred.
