Growing Team! Duties/Responsibilities: As part of the
multidisciplinary team, the assessor will: Provide assessment
services to potential and current Ascent clients in an office-based
setting Utilize clinical knowledge and knowledge of the DSM-5 to
make an accurate diagnosis and recommend appropriate levels of care
Complete all supporting clinical documentation required for the
assessment process and submit said documentation within the
required timeframe Develop an initial treatment plan based on the
information obtained and the needs of the patient Interact with
clients utilizing didactic and directive interventions Required
Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume clinic Ability
to utilize evidence-based practices Work as part of a
multidisciplinary team Effective verbal and written communication
skills Ability to engage professionally with clientele, staff, and
external collaborators Excellent interpersonal skills and customer
service orientation Complex problem-solving abilities and
solution-focused orientation Effective time management and
coordination skills Strong attention to detail Ability to maintain
confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
and Google Suites Requirements/Qualifications REQUIRED: Master’s
degree, in psychology, counseling, or a related psychotherapeutic
field PREFERRED: Bilingual - Spanish speaking Licenses and
Certifications: REQUIRED: Active Colorado State licensure as an
LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LSW REQUIRED LPCC AND LSW SUPERVISION PROVIDED
Schedule: Monday- Friday : 8:00a – 5:00p IN PERSON Location: 198

Non-exempt/Hourly English speaking: $33.65 per hour Bilingual
