nurse-to-patient ratio Highlights: 20-bed medical-surgical
orthopedic unit with diverse patient population including elective
and trauma cases Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse and 4
bedside nurses for collaborative teamwork EMR: Meditech system Work
with a dedicated nursing team focused on exceptional patient
experience and quality outcomes Typical procedures include dressing
changes and aspiration Travel assignment with supportive unit
culture Requirements: Active RN license Ability to independently
manage 5-patient assignment Previous experience in
surgical/medical-surgical settings required Orthopedic experience
