independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks aligned
with state Board of Nursing standards. Assess, plan, implement, and

Deliver health teaching and counseling to families and staff.
Provide supportive and restorative therapy and treatment directly
or through coordination with other healthcare providers. Monitor
and adjust therapy and treatment plans as required. Accurately
document all nursing activities according to hospital and
regulatory guidelines. May rotate to other departments and accept
on-call duties as needed within competency areas. Desired
Qualifications: Valid and current Registered Nurse license with
NICU experience. Proficient in neonatal assessment and critical
care nursing practices. Strong communication and teamwork
