be considered. Provide specialized nursing care on a renowned
36-bed oncology unit dedicated to patients battling blood cancers.
This role focuses on individuals undergoing chemotherapy,
biotherapies, and advanced cellular therapies including stem cell
transplants and CAR-T treatments. Collaboration and clinical
expertise are essential in this expanding unit, which will soon
increase capacity to 51 beds. Responsibilities: Deliver expert
nursing care to patients with hematologic malignancies. Administer
and monitor chemotherapy, biotherapies, and cellular therapies
safely. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and
implement patient-centered care plans. Utilize Epic charting system
for accurate documentation. Float between oncology-related units as
needed within scope. Support unit staffing needs with weekend
shifts per schedule. Adhere to infection control and safety
protocols at all times. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 2
years of acute care experience in bone marrow transplant (BMT) or
hematology/oncology nursing. Current CO or Compact Registered Nurse
(RN) license. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA
BLS) certification. Oncology Nursing Certification (ONC) preferred.
Ability to work rotating shifts; straight night or day shift
requests are not permitted. Willingness to float within similar
specialty units. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
skills. First-time oncology nurses with required experience are
encouraged to apply. Shift Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts
including nights; typically 3 night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am.
Weekend availability required based on unit needs. Maximum 10
return-to-office days; no time off allowed during specified holiday
