X-Ray Tech Location: Lakewood, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,992 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: X-Ray Technician Profession: Radiologic Technologist Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years License: Not required Certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Ability to cover OR procedures with c-arms. Description: Hiring Process includes a profile review with clinical staff and an interview with the unit manager. The clinician must be within a 60-mile radius. The week of orientation requires clinicians to be present in-state even if first-day modules are remote. The department performs general X-ray procedures. Required certifications include BLS and ARRT. The department has 3 scanners/rooms, 2 fluoroscopy rooms, 6 portables, and 9 C-arms. No floating or covering other areas is required. Common imaging studies cover ED, inpatient, orthopedic, and spine in the operating room. The average number of scans/studies per day is 20-30. The charting system used is Epic, and equipment includes GE, Phillips, and Siemens. A Radiology Supervisor oversees the department. Registered Radiology Assistants are used, while physician assistants are present. Radiologists are available during the daytime, and nights are managed remotely. IV starts are not applicable to this position. The department requires weekend and holiday coverage. Call or standby may be required as needed per contract. Scrubs are provided in blues. Department-specific orientation will include an equipment overview, a tour, and Epic setup. The cancellation policy permits cancellations up to 4 shifts for assignments of 13 weeks or more.
