Urologist to provide hospital call coverage. This assignment offers
a chance to work with a strong team in a modern facility, while
enjoying the scenic beauty and vibrant community of Longmont,
Colorado. Schedule Hospital Call Only Monday Sunday coverage Sites:
Longs Peak Hospital & Broomfield Hospital (Transfers only) Practice
Details Practice Type: Hospital-based Average Patients per Day: 5
(no walk-ins) Case Mix: 100% Adult, 100% Inpatient Group: 2
Urologists on staff Support: Lab & X-ray onsite, EPIC EMR (hospital
& clinic) Beds: 86 Trauma Level: 3 Referral/Transfer Protocol:
Single docline Required Procedures General Adult Urology
Ureteroscopy Preferred Procedures Laparoscopic Surgeries Radical
Prostatectomy Nephrectomy Prostatectomy Pelvic Node Dissection
Robotic Surgery TRUS Biopsies Submission Requirements Board
Certified in Urology REQUIRED Active CO License or Active IMLC LOQ
IPL will help with Colorado Licensure! BLS or able to obtain
