An opportunity is available for a skilled Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist to join a team in Denver, CO on a contract basis. This role offers a chance to work with advanced Siemens IR equipment within a supportive and experienced staff environment. Candidates will participate in a variety of complex procedures, making a positive impact on patient care. Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of IR procedures including Y-90 treatments, vascular access, complex biliary interventions, biopsies, and line placements Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes, maintaining patient safety and comfort Operate and maintain Siemens IR imaging systems with precision Participate in on-call rotation (one weekday and one weekend per month) Comply with all unit policies and procedural guidelines Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid VI (Vascular Interventional) Certification is required Minimum of 2 years experience in IR technologist role preferred Proven experience working with Siemens IR technology highly valued Strong accountability with a positive attitude and willingness to support team members Ability to perform complex vascular and biliary procedures (Neuro procedures not included) Schedule: Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, four 10-hour shifts per week Call schedule includes one weekday and one weekend call per month, providing most weekends off One day off per week guaranteed for rest and recreation Why This Role?This contract position offers the unique chance to live the Colorado mountain lifestyle, particularly appealing during winter months with excellent access to skiing and snowboarding.
