Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Registered
Nurse Med Surg - $25K Sign On to join our team! You will be
responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of
assigned patients. Shift Times: Days and Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Responsibilities: You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the
care of Med/Surg patients. You will instruct patients and families
regarding medications and treatment instructions. You will maintain
and review patients’ records including posting tests and
examination results. You will administer medications in accordance
with physician orders. Qualifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support
must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Registered Nurse license FL / Compact required. Registered Nurse
Diploma / ASN Required, BSN Preferred. WILL TRAIN LTACH NURSES WITH
MIN OF 2-3 YEARS. Night Diff- $4.75/hr ; Weekend Diff - $3.00/hr
