Job Description:
Trusted Ally Home Care, a prominent provider of tailored home
healthcare and coordination of benefits for former nuclear and
uranium workers, is seeking a Regional Director of Nursing. This
pivotal role encompasses the responsibility of overseeing and
enhancing the delivery of patient care and ensuring compliance with
patient and staff regulations. The ideal candidate will champion
our mission to provide exceptional care through the effective
management of nursing services across multiple sites. Lead and
manage the nursing personnel across various locations to ensure
outstanding standards of care and compliance with healthcare laws
and regulations. Develop and implement policies and practices that
reflect the latest advancements in healthcare and ensure alignment
with federal health programs such as EEOICPA. Monitor patient care
for quality and adherence to standards and regulations. Prepare and
manage budgets, and oversee staffing, resource allocation, and
scheduling. Provide training and continual education for staff to
ensure they remain competent and skilled in current healthcare
practices. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and
departments to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement disciplinary actions
if needed. Proven leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to manage
multiple tasks and prioritize effectively In-depth knowledge of
healthcare regulations and patient care standards Proficient in
budgeting, resource management, and healthcare administration
