Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Englewood, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,888 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN - PCU - Multi Trauma Profession: RN Specialty: PCU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: BLS Ability to manage chest tubes, trauma patients, trachs, suction Description: Travel RN position in a step-down unit. The unit has 20 beds and a staff of 40. Day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 5 nurses, and 3 techs. Night shift includes 1 charge nurse, 5 nurses, and 2 techs. Patient ratio is estimated at 1:4, with charge nurses not assigned patients. Equipment includes vents, feeding pumps, IV pumps, wound vacs, specialty beds, suction, and chest tubes. The electronic medical record system used is Meditech. Candidates should be skilled in managing highly acute patient populations. The unit supports teamwork and provides a challenging environment. Charge nurses are supportive, and tech support is available on all shifts. The patient population consists of stable vented and trached patients.
