In this role, you will assist in the planning, coordination,
execution, and assessment of operations and patient care within
assigned areas. You will act as a clinical resource for both staff
and patients, stepping in as a staff nurse when necessary.
Additionally, you will take on managerial responsibilities as
assigned by a manager. All tasks should be performed in alignment
with our mission, values, and service standards. Position Overview:
Education: • Graduate from a recognized Nursing program. Licensure:
• It is your responsibility to secure and maintain a valid RN
license in the state of employment or under compact licensure,
ensuring compliance with all state nursing board regulations.
Certification: • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the
American Heart Association is required or must be completed within
30 days of starting. Depending on the specific position or unit,
additional certifications may be necessary within a designated
timeframe, including: • - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) • -
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) • - ENPC (Emergency Nursing
Pediatric Course) • - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) • - CPHON
(Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) • - OCN (Oncology
Certified Nurse) • - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) • -
PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization) • -
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Six Assessment & Care Modules) • - C-EFM (Fetal
Monitor Certification) • - Other specific certifications as
required by the unit. Experience: • A minimum of 2 years of
experience in patient care is essential. Preferred Qualifications:
• Supervisory experience is advantageous. • A Bachelor’s degree in
Nursing is preferred. Physical Requirements: • The role
necessitates the ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50
lbs. • Prolonged standing and walking are required throughout each
shift. • The position involves gripping, reaching, bending,
kneeling, twisting, and squatting to fulfill job duties. Why Join
