The Registered Nurse will apply theoretical knowledge to make
informed decisions in practice, focusing on assessing, planning,
implementing, and evaluating personalized nursing care for adult
and geriatric patients. The selected candidate is expected to
report to facilities within the designated regional area of their
home hospital. Specific facilities will be determined upon hiring,

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract Required Base Salary: Based on

Surgical, Trauma, Neurology, Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (ICU):
Cardiac Vascular ICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, Surgical ICU, Neurology
ICU Emergency Department (ED) Labor & Delivery (L&D) And more!
Facilities You Will Serve (Minimum of 3 Assigned): Facility A - St.

Facility H - Dexter, MO Qualifications: Required Education:
Completion of an accredited registered nursing program. Preferred
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Licensure: Must
obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of employment
and comply with all state nursing board regulations. Required
Experience: At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for
Med/Surg roles. For other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of
two years of recent bedside RN experience is required. Preferred
Experience: Familiarity with Epic software Certifications (Required
to Start): For Med/Surg - BLS Certification For Women’s Health -
BLS & NRP Certifications For Critical Care - BLS & ACLS
Certifications For Emergency Department - BLS, ACLS, & PALS
Certifications Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and
walk for most of the shift; requires bending, lifting, and turning
patients with assistance; ability to push/pull/grip up to 50
