We leverage the Nursing Conceptual Framework and the nursing

accountable for the care provided to your assigned patients,
ensuring coordination with various departments. Upholding patient
rights and maintaining confidentiality is paramount. Position
Overview: Education: Completion of a nursing program (Associate’s
Degree, Diploma, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing). Licensure: It
is your responsibility to secure and uphold a valid RN license in
the state of employment or a compact license, adhering to all state
nursing board regulations. Experience: Certifications: Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or
successful completion of the course within 30 days of employment.
Depending on the specific role or unit, additional certifications
may be required within a designated timeframe, including: ACLS
(Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation
Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) TNCC (Trauma
Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology
Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life
Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Six Assessment & Care Modules) C-EFM (Fetal Monitor
Certification) Other unit-specific certifications as necessary
Physical Demands: The role necessitates the ability to regularly
push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing and walking
are required throughout each shift. Tasks may involve gripping,
reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting. Why Choose
