This is a key role, providing advanced overnight surgical and trauma care within one of the state’s leading high-acuity medical centers. Key Responsibilities: As a Physician Assistant (PA) in the Trauma and Acute Care Surgery team, you will: Provide full-spectrum trauma and acute care surgical services during overnight shifts. Manage trauma admissions , emergency general surgery, and inpatient care. Perform evaluations , develop care plans, and interpret diagnostic tests. Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitation , and operative support. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Maintain clinical documentation and workflows in the Epic EMR system . Practice autonomously , managing multiple complex tasks appropriately. Support quality, safety, and performance metrics of the Trauma Surgery service.
