Job Title: RN - Pediatric CVOR OR Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an operating room License: Valid RN license Certifications: ACLS preferred Must-Have: - 2 years of OR experience - Ability to function in multiple service lines Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a Pediatric Cardiovascular Operating Room. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac surgeries. The unit includes 8 operating rooms and a staff of 25. Staff includes charge RNs, RNs, surgical technologists, and anesthesia personnel. The hours of operation are from 7 AM to 5:30 PM. Patient ratios are set at 1:1. Candidates should be prepared to manage a variety of equipment, including Belmont rapid infusion systems and EMR software. This role requires strong teamwork skills. Candidates who have pediatric CVOR or cardiac experience will be prioritized. Common procedures performed include orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general, gynecology, endoscopy, plastics, and cardiac surgeries.
