Title: LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse

or multi-state compact RN license Certifications: ACLS & BLS
certifications Must-Have: - Vent/trach experience - Knowledge of
central lines - Preferred wound care experience Description: The
LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds accountability for providing
care to patients. Utilizes the Nursing Process in accordance with
the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures.
Demonstrates critical thinking skills and scientific judgment.
Anticipates and plans for safe delivery of care. Maintains clinical
competencies through continuing education. Delegates patient care
priorities based on the education and experience of available
staff. Provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel
