Patient ratio 3-4:1 | 18-bed specialized oncology unit Highlights:

hematology and oncology patient population with high acuity care -
Primary nursing model with collaborative team culture focused on
nurse-driven interventions - Advanced procedures including lumbar
punctures, bone marrow biopsies with conscious sedation, and
thoracentesis - Modern technology including telemetry, Alaris pumps
and PCA, bladder scanners, and Meditech EMR - Comprehensive
medication administration, blood products, and electrolyte
replacement protocols Requirements: - Active RN license in good
standing - Compassionate approach to oncology and chronic patient
populations - Quick learner with ability to adapt to fast-paced,
acute care environment - Preferred: Chemo and biotherapy
certification - Preferred: Step-down or acute care experience with
standing orders and fluid management - Note: Chemo/biotherapy
administration requires certification; education provided for
