Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift,
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; 1:5 nursing ratio with 5-patient assignment;
seasonal travel assignment Highlights: - 20-bed orthopedic
medical-surgical unit with diverse patient population including
elective orthopedic and trauma patients - Collaborative team
environment with dedicated nursing staff focused on quality
outcomes and patient experience - Meditech EMR system - Night shift
includes 1 charge nurse and 4 staff nurses - Opportunity to work
with surgical patients requiring post-operative care, pain
management, and dressing changes Requirements: - Active Colorado RN
license or compact state license - Demonstrated ability to
independently manage 5-patient assignment - Experience in a
surgical unit setting required - Proficiency in pain management
techniques preferred - Orthopedic nursing experience strongly
preferred - Experience with dressing changes and post-surgical
