to qualified applicants Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM,
12-hour shifts Highlights: - Specialized 18-bed Blood Cancer Unit
serving oncology and hematology patients - Nurse-to-patient ratio
of 3–4:1 with supportive charge nurse (no patient assignment) -
EMR: Meditech; equipment includes telemetry, Alaris pumps and PCA,
bladder scanners - Award-winning unit: recognized as Unit of
Distinction 4 out of 5 years in national competition - Primary
nursing model with strong team culture focused on collaboration and
patient-centered care - Exposure to procedures including lumbar
punctures, bone marrow biopsies with conscious sedation, and
thoracentesis Requirements: - Active RN license in Colorado or
compact state eligibility - Compassionate approach to caring for
oncology and chronic patient populations - Quick learner able to
adapt to acute hematology patients and standing orders - Preferred:
Chemo and biotherapy certification - Preferred: Step-down or acute
care experience with complex medication administration - Must be
comfortable working with hazardous drugs and handling excreta
