Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Estes Park, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,482 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 11 Weeks Start Date: 2/1/2026 About the Position Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Nurse Duration: 11 months Shift: Full-time, Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid RN license or multistate RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC/ATCN, ENPC Must-Have: - Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years of experience. - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Description: Provide quality, compassionate patient care utilizing the nursing process to meet the needs of patients of all ages. Perform age-specific patient care in a safe, timely, and professional manner utilizing professional practice. Administer medications utilizing the 7 Rights: Right Drug, Right Client, Right Dose, Right Time, Right Route, Right Reason, and Right Documentation. Demonstrate knowledge and skills to act appropriately in emergency situations. Demonstrate knowledge and participate in the education and counseling of patients and their families regarding a plan of care and discharge teaching. Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and competency. Promote positive interpersonal relationships and demonstrate effective communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues. Maintain confidentiality of all patient and hospital information. Describe regulations and security measures to protect the privacy of medical records. Practice according to professional and ethical standards. Demonstrate an understanding of and function as a professional nurse in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act. Participate in financial stewardship as evidenced by the efficient use of resources and supplies. Participate in committees and/or community events as a member of the organization when requested. Perform in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulatory agency standards. Perform in accordance with the organization’s vision, mission, and goals.
