Opportunity Join a progressive, patient-centered primary care
organization transforming healthcare delivery for Medicare and
adult populations in the Denver area. This role is ideal for a
physician who values quality over quantity and wants to work in a

continuity of care. You’ll practice at a single modern medical
center supported by a full clinical team—including nurse
practitioners, medical assistants, care managers, and scribes—so
you can focus on what matters most: your patients, not paperwork.
Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive, compassionate primary
care to adult and senior patients - Diagnose and manage acute and
chronic medical conditions - Develop personalized care plans
focused on prevention and wellness - Collaborate with care teams to
optimize outcomes and reduce hospitalizations - Maintain accurate
and timely documentation in the EMR - Partner with clinic
leadership to achieve patient care and quality metrics
Qualifications - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy
(DO) - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or
Internal Medicine - Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license
(or ability to obtain) - Current DEA license - Authorized to work
in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available) - Commitment to
