The Acute Registered Nurse (RN) in our Home Health program delivers
exceptional advanced acute care within a home environment. This
role involves providing daily patient care that meets hospital

practice guidelines. The RN will conduct clinical assessments,
offer education, administer treatments, maintain documentation, and
collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive

Responsibilities: The Acute Registered Nurse (RN) will: Provide
high-quality advanced acute care in a home setting. Deliver daily
patient care that meets hospital-level standards. Conduct clinical
and home assessments. Educate patients and families on care plans.
Document patient progress and treatments accurately. Coordinate
care with interdisciplinary clinical teams. Qualifications &
Experience: Education: Completion of an accredited registered
nursing program. Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN
license in the state of employment or a compact license, fulfilling
all state board requirements. Experience: A minimum of two years of
nursing experience in an acute care or emergency department
setting. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or
completion of the course within 30 days of hire. Other Skills:
Strong nursing, communication, and organizational skills for
effective home visits. Ability to work independently and adapt to
changing situations. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability
to collaborate with diverse populations. Proficiency in various
computer applications and technologies. Willingness to travel
