Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver exceptional patient
care while maintaining professional accountability for the patients
assigned to you. You will assess the overall effectiveness of care
provided by other direct caregivers and coordinate patient care in
collaboration with various departments. Upholding patient rights
and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information are
essential aspects of this role. Your responsibilities will align

Operating Room at Our Facility Registered Nurse (RN) - First
Assistant Seeking Candidates with RNFA Experience! Minimum of 2
Years Required! Full-Time Day Shift About Us: Our operating room
handles a diverse range of cases, including Orthopedics, Neurology,
and General Services. Registered Nurses are typically assigned to
one of these specialty areas, with opportunities for cross-training
in other sections of the department. The RN First Assistant engages
in perioperative nursing and has developed the necessary knowledge,
skills, and judgment through structured training and supervised
practice to assist the surgeon in the operating room, either as a
first or second assistant. All intraoperative activities performed
by the RN First Assistant must be overseen by a surgeon.
Qualifications: Licensure: RN License in the state of Missouri
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of intraoperative experience is
required Certifications: CNOR and RN-First Assistant certification
must be obtained within one year of hire or transfer. BLS/ACLS
certification is required within the first year. Preferred
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
