You will be responsible for maintaining professional accountability
for the care provided to your assigned patients. Additionally, you
will assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other
direct caregivers and coordinate patient care in collaboration with
various departments. Upholding patient rights and ensuring the
confidentiality of patient information is paramount. All duties and
responsibilities should align with our mission, values, and service
standards. Position Overview: Education: Completion of an
accredited nursing program is required. Licensure: Must hold an
active RN license in the state of practice. Experience: A minimum
of one year of perioperative nursing experience is essential.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications are required within the
first year of employment. Other: Ongoing competence in assisting
and perioperative nursing is expected. Preferred: CNOR
certification and/or completion of an RN-First Assistant
certification course is advantageous. Physical Requirements:
Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
Prolonged standing and walking are required during each shift.
Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to fulfill
