RN in Denver, Colorado, 80220! Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse
(RN), Ortho/Spine/Gen Surg – Denver, Colorado Start Date: January
5, 2026 Location: Denver, Colorado Compensation: Details provided
to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
RN-to-patient ratio of 5:1 on a 36-bed unit with team support
including charge RN, techs, and unit secretary. Highlights: Work in

Work for 4 consecutive years Specialize in orthopedic, spine, and
general surgery patients including total joint replacements (knee,
hip, shoulder) and spine surgery Utilize Meditech EMR and standard
ortho equipment including immobilizers, braces, and cold treatment

travelers like permanent staff Night shift with consistent
RN-to-patient ratios and dedicated support staff Requirements:
Active RN license in Colorado or compact state eligibility Solid
medical/surgical nursing experience required Orthopedic and/or
spine nursing experience strongly preferred Demonstrated patient
experience skills and empathetic bedside manner Energetic, positive
