In this role, you will apply the nursing process to deliver patient
care under the guidance of licensed professionals authorized by
state regulations to prescribe treatments and medications, or under
the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). You will
be accountable for the care provided to your assigned patients and
will collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive

will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under the
supervision of licensed individuals authorized to prescribe
medications and treatments, or under the direction of a Registered
Professional Nurse (RN). You will maintain accountability for the
care of your assigned patients and coordinate with other
departments to ensure effective patient management. Qualifications:
Education: Completion of an accredited practical nursing program;
equivalent educational experience and successful licensure may also
be considered. Licensure: You are responsible for obtaining and
maintaining a current LPN license in the state where you will
perform nursing duties, adhering to all State Board of Nursing
requirements. Experience: Open to both new and seasoned LPNs.
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American
Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30
days of employment. Additional certifications may be required based
on the specific position or unit, including but not limited to:
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life
Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work,
And Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care Modules Other
unit-specific certifications as necessary Physical Requirements:
The role involves standing and walking for most of the shift, along
with considerable bending, stooping, and the ability to lift and
turn patients with assistance; must be able to push, pull, or grip
up to 50 pounds. Preferred Certifications: IV Certification within
