Job Summary and Qualifications As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes. As a Registered Nurse on the Ortho Unit, you will be joining a team of professionals who are dedicated to deliver excellent care to our patients. You will enable patients to reach their goals through care specifically designed to cater to individual patient needs, and also administered by some of the most highly skilled and trained providers in the Rocky Mountain region. What you will do in this role: - You will be delivering patient care based on the physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety and learning needs of the individual patient. - You will be demonstrating your advanced knowledge, skills and understanding of all aspects of the population served in the care of your patients. - You will be providing safe and appropriate care within our Values and Standards of Nursing Practice.
