We are currently seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team. This role is perfect for a flexible and skilled therapist who wants to make a meaningful impact while enjoying the freedom of PRN scheduling. The position is required to be on-site for the role. Position Summary: As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents to improve their ability to perform daily living activities, enhance their independence, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of residents’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans focused on improving residents’ functional abilities. Provide therapy interventions, including training in adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices. Monitor residents’ progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to establish and support therapy goals. Educate residents and their caregivers on therapeutic strategies and techniques to enhance independence. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy services, evaluations, and progress notes. Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Colorado. Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible PRN schedule. Dedication to providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents.
