Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Health $10,000 Sign-On
Bonus Speech Language Pathologist (SLP CFY) - Home Health $7,500
Sign-On Bonus Location: Fountain, Colorado Setting: Home Health
Schedule: Monday - Friday Compensation: $65-$85 per visit*
*Guaranteed compensation to build caseload* Aveanna will provide
approved Feeding & Dysphagia continuing education course

the qualifications as established by ASHAor other professional
organization - Licensed to practice SpeechTherapy in the current
state of practice - Meets the education and experience requirements
for a Certification of Clinical Competence in speech pathology or
audiology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing
Association; or meets the educational requirements for
certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised
experience required for certification. - Must be willing to work in
home and clinic-based settings - Valid, unexpired Drivers
Licenseand automotive insurance - Experienced in pediatric
rehabilitative services preferred *Compensation may vary based on a
variety of factors including: Experience, Education, Productivity,
