Job Description:
Description of the role: The Occupational Therapist Registered
will be responsible for providing occupational therapy evaluations,
treatments, and interventions to patients according to the
individualized care plans. Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments
to identify patients' functional abilities and limitations -
Develop treatment plans based on evaluations and collaborate with
interdisciplinary team members - Implement occupational therapy
interventions to maximize patients' independence and quality of
life - Provide education to patients and caregivers on safe and
effective use of adaptive equipment - Maintain accurate and timely
documentation of patient progress and treatment plans Requirements:
- Valid Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) license in the
state of Colorado - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a
healthcare setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Knowledge of
relevant occupational therapy practices and techniques Benefits: -
