Job Description:

Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours
Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Must have CO or
multi-state compact RN license Certifications: ACLS & BLS
certifications required Must-Have: - Vent/trach experience -
Knowledge of central lines - Preferred wound care experience
Description: The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for
providing care to patients. Utilizes the Nursing Process in
accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
Demonstrates critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in
patient care. Anticipates and plans for safe delivery of care.
Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education.
Delegates patient care priorities based on staff education and
experience. Provides direction and supervision of assigned
personnel delivering patient care. Patient ratios are 1:6. Two to
five years of experience is preferred.
