TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Englewood, Colorado, 80113! Pay Information $1,622 per week About The Position Job Title: Travel RN - Emergency Department Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN license in Colorado or Compact Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, NIH, ENPC Must-Have: - Candidates must possess the required licensure and certifications. Description: The Emergency Department is a full-service unit with essential facilities such as laboratory services, 24-hour imaging, and onsite ultrasound. The facility treats an average of 1,100 patients per month. It features 18 beds including resuscitation rooms, isolation, and behavioral health safe rooms. Staffing consists of Registered Nurses, paramedics, and administrative support with a comprehensive team during both day and night shifts. Patient ratios typically range from 3-5 patients per RN. Essential medical equipment includes a Lucas Device, Level 1 Rapid Infuser, IV Ultrasound, Baxter IV Pumps, and transport monitors. The Electronic Medical Record system is Meditech. Candidates should have strong experience in Emergency Department settings and a fast-paced, team-oriented approach. Typical procedures performed include EKGs, IV therapy, medication administration, wound care, cardiac monitoring, and airway management. The unit emphasizes collaboration and exceptional teamwork.
