daily living Light housekeeping Bathing Grooming Toileting Nail
care Range of motion / exercises Transfers / use of mechanical
lifting devices Oral feeding Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse,
respiration Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed
