Department: Virtual Behavioral Health Ctr FTE: Full Time, 1.0,
80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Day and Evening
Rotation Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on
applicant's relevant experience Summary:
Monitors the quality of counseling services provided with
educational interventions. Responsibilities:
- Provides direct patient care. Assesses staff clinical
performance on a long-term basis and makes recommendations for or
against credentialing process.
- Monitors client welfare by de-briefing, educating and coaching
staff.
- Provides verbal and written formative and summary
evaluations.
- Ensures compliance with relevant legal, ethical and
professional standards for clinical practice.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills,
decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal
supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and
take appropriate action. Requirements:
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health related field.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse, Psychologist, Clinical
Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed
Professional Counselor. Preferred: Certified Clinical Supervisor,
Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare provider.
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red
Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before
start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of
