• Description: Summary: St. Anthony Hospital SAH is looking for Primary call coverage beginning June 2025. Ongoing dates will begin October 2025. BID DUE DATE: First to Fill!RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION:Malpractice Must be included in rates. Orientation 287.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours On Call Daily 5700 - Per 24 hours to include 8 hours gratis24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 8550 - Per 24 hours to include 8 hours gratisCall Back 575 Per hour ofpatient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSAterms. Holiday Call Back 862.50 Per holiday hour of patient contacthours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms. EMR Required Training:Module learn lessons Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day to avoid the provider missing their first day. All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission at time of presentation. What are the # of years of epic experience they have?When was the last time MM/YYYY that they used Epic?What is the name of the last facility the provider used EPIC?Can you provide me with a photo large enough to add to a badge and not become pixelated? - Please attach photo in documents sectionCan you disclose the provider's time zone for scheduling the virtual epic training?We need the provider's best phone # to use for call shifts while working.
