Home health experience also preferred. Other requirements may vary by case or department needs.Required License: Active Colorado OT license. Current CPR certification. CPR must be provided and/or obtained. Valid Colorado drivers license and proof of automobile insurance in accordance with state statute.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to lift/push/pull minimum of 35 lbsColorado Visiting Nurse Association is affiliated with Care Synergy, a nonprofit network of community-based hospice and palliative care organizations serving Colorados Front Range and the Regions Largest Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative Care Network.
